A place of your own in the Tatras

Set high in Gliczarów Górny, Matygowa Osada is a collection of six spacious mountain homes with panoramic views of the Tatras.

Created for families and friends, each home offers 120 m² of space, four bedrooms, a private sauna and an outdoor hot tub — giving you the privacy and freedom to enjoy the mountains at your own pace.

Why We Created Matygowa?

We have always loved the mountains — the open space, the silence, the scent of spruce trees and the clarity of the air. We wanted to create a place we would genuinely want to return to ourselves, with family and friends.

The idea took shape during the pandemic. After many years of managing our own properties in other parts of Poland, we decided to create something different: a place where the comfort of a private home could exist in genuine harmony with the surrounding landscape.

We sold part of our property portfolio and chose Gliczarów Górny. This is how Matygowa Osada began — combining our love of the Tatras with the experience we had built over the years.

In harmony with nature

Sustainability was part of Matygowa from the very beginning. Solar energy, heat pumps and energy-efficient solutions help us minimise our impact while maintaining year-round comfort. Today, around 90% of the energy we use is generated from our own sources.

We also operate our own ecological wastewater treatment system.

We believe true luxury is comfort in harmony with nature.
