§1. General Provisions

  2. The personal data administrator is DKSKA sp. z o.o. with its registered office at ul. Kombatantów 4/320, 15-110 Białystok, NIP: 9662090509.

  4. We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer because we are not obliged to do so under Article 37 of the GDPR.

§2. Processing of Personal Data

Data provided to the payment operator (if you use online payments) go directly to that provider – we do not process payment card data.

  • supplier of software or booking system,
  • newsletter service provider.

We have contracts with each of these entities guaranteeing the security of your data.
